This information came to me via personal e-mails from Trisha. Nothing was a 'do not reply to this e-mail' format; every communication was personal, cordial and professional. In fact, I even mentioned your extraordinary service to my husband because his business is very concerned with quality control. He asked me to send him some of the e-mails I received so he can read them. As to the product, pretty is as pretty does. The soap dispensers are the most handsome I've ever seen, but if the pumping mechanisms don't pump, what good is the product? This does not seem to be a problem as the pumping mechanisms seem to be of very good quality and a match for the beautiful exterior. I'm a very satisfied customer."

"I received the soap dispenser, but after filling it with liquid soap found the pump didn't work. All the soap was coming out from where the pump is screwed into the dispenser. When I called and told your company about it, they sent me a replacement pump within a few days. Unfortunately, the replacement pump worked no better, and I decided to return the entire unit. Your company sent me a postage paid label, and I wrapped the dispenser and pumps carefully in a box and returned it. I received notice that it had been received and that I'd be credited with the full amount of my purchase. I was treated very well by those with whom I spoke, and the transaction was handled swiftly and to my 100% satisfaction. I'm impressed with your company and would definitely purchase from you again."

"My husband hung an old style toothbrush holder in our bathroom (metal, with four small holes.) Today's toothbrush just never fit in any of those four small holes... my husband even drilled larger holes but the toothbrushes still set high in the hole, and there were always water marks dripping down onto the sink. One day I'd had it, and I started looking for something stylish, yet practical. I looked!! and never found anything until I found TheBathOutlet. They had a beautiful opaque cup set in a silver holder that solved our problem. The price was right, delivery was prompt, the piece itself was a quality item. I had tried to order these same products through Ferguson's in California as no one in my state carries the Gedy products. I could not even get the appropriate person to call me back. So imagine my surprise when I "googled" contemporary bath accessories, TheBathOutlet came up, and I was able to get what I wanted. It was less expensive that what I thought I would have to pay, arrived quickly and was perfect. "I really was amazed at the number of styles offered on the website. I purchased a wall mount toothbrush holder and soap dish to complete a bath renovation in a mid-century style. I could not find wall mounted fixtures anywhere. These came from Italy and the style kept the mid century feel but with an updated feel. The craftsmanship was evident in these pieces and they were very easy to install. I felt they were a fantastic value for the price. I had a problem using a coupon during checkout, but one quick contact with customer service and everything was easily fixed. "I am extremely pleased with the level and professionalism of your customer service. When I emailed to report a problem, the issue was addressed immediately by your staff. My problem is with the quality of the product --- the replacement product that you so kindly (and rapidly) sent is beginning to show the same areas of wear... the soap is obviously eating into the covering used to protect the gold soap dish so that the center of the dish differs in color from the outer edges. We are cleaning it as in the instructions and it still is showing this defect. We love the product... but we don't love this recurring problem.

"I ordered a swivel dual towel bar from this company for the first time. It was sent here quickly. I waited for a month before my contractor was done to install this myself. Over time, the bar was swiveling down with the weight of 2 small towels. There is only an "o"-ring gasket that uses friction to prevent the bars from rotating downwards. I contacted them on Dec. 31st, and after sending some pics and a description of my issue, they issued a full refund to me. They were courteous and extremely accommodating. "Yes, we ordered the vessel sinks from TheBathOutlet after much perusal of home improvement stores and online stores. I liked the Scarabeo the first time I saw the picture. The sinks arrived packed securely and I carefully took them out of their foam cushion and set them on my kitchen counter. They are as lovely in person as in the picture. "I have to tell you I love your products especially all of the great colors. There is no place around that I could find the types of products you sell. The customer service was fine. The only thing I can recall is that I didn't hear anything for a few days after the confirmation and so I sent an email asking the status. "Great experience. Only minor issue is probably my fault. The item would serve to connect to a wall on its backside, so the back is different from the front and two sides. That was a surprise, but I managed to work around it. The back is not shown on your schematic on your website, but you clearly state that is could function as a hanging sink. Also, the depth of the sink was not as deep as I thought. Again, minor issue that was probably my fault. Other than that, no problems, and the sink is very nice."
