What Forms Of Payment does TheBathOutlet Accept?

TheBathOutlet.com currently accepts six forms of credit card payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, and Amazon Payments. Please note that your order will be charged in full at the time it is placed.

What is the Sales Tax Charged?

TheBathOutlet.com does not charge for sales tax outside of Pennsylvania. Only orders shipped to Pennsylvania will be subject to a 6% sales tax.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free of charge within the continental United States. If the product is in stock and the order is before 2pm on a business day, TheBathOutlet.com will ship the product on the same day of purchase. Otherwise, we will ship the product on the next business day or as soon as we receive it. Hence, delivery of products that are in stock should 3-5 business days. If you would like expedited service, please contact us to arrange for a faster delivery. Please note that since the free shipping is based on standard UPS Ground, there is an extra charge for this faster delivery.

We have provided an order tracking page and an order history page to allow you to follow a product's delivery. Note that products within the same order may be delivered on different dates.

What is the Return Policy?
All returns will gladly be accepted for new or unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Please report damaged goods within 7 days or delivery.
The general restocking fee is 25% due to manufacturer policies.
However, extremely large orders will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 30%.
Free shipping is one-way - customer agrees to pay for the shipping of the items coming back to TheBathOutlet.com.
All items under $30 are considered as-is and are not returnable.
Please insure your returns - all goods are considered your property until received back into our warehouse, inspected, and approved for credit.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
All returns are subject to management approval.
If the item is either damaged in transit or is deemed not to be in good resalable condition, we have the right to refuse the package(s) and refuse the return.
All return items must arrive back to TheBathOutlet.com in resalable condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled. The items must arrive with the original packaging.
Please contact us to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and shipping address.
Write your RGA Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before any of the products within the order have been shipped. Since we strive to ship as fast as we can, please note that you may have to cancel on the same day of order.
