What does "engineered wood" mean? Is it MDF or plywood?A
The vanity base is composed of MDF.?
Is the entire counter top/sink ceramic?A
The sink top is a porcelain ceramic sink, while the vanity base is MDF.?
does the sink come fitted in the vanity?A
They do come in two separate boxes during shipment, one containing the vanity cabinet and one being the sink. However, the sink does fit into the vanity cabinet. Please see attached installation instructions.

I have (2) faucets and (1) handle in my vanity. Can the plumbing be changed to a (1) spout setup for this item?A
This vanity features a single faucet sink. As such, you would only need a hot and cold water line going into the single faucet.?
Are the cabinet doors soft closing?A
The bottom drawer is soft closing, however, the doors are not.
