Excellent customer service. Very good prices. My only complaint is that the products (I ordered a vanity, faucet, sink, P-trap) do not come with very detailed installation instructions. I suppose this is because the items are from Italy (non-USA), but TheBathOutlet.com service reps did offer to provide assistance with installation or any questions I had if I wanted to call their 1-800 number. I would recommend this store for quality products, different from the regular stuff out there. Also I returned two small items and had no difficulty or questions asked.

Shopping with the bath outlet was a great experience everything arrived in great shape and on time. We did have a return, some shut off valves that weren?t the right ones, our mistake . There was no problem with return our overall experience was wonderful.
