| The products I received were beautiful but one of the soap dispensers had a plastic suction tube that was too long and had bent and split making it unusable. I contacted the company and asked if they could provide a replacement for the tube instead of returning the soap dispenser. Customer service was extremely helpful and I received a replacement tube in a few days. I was impressed with the quality of the products and with the flexibility of the company to address a simple problem in a sensible and timely way. |

A tissue box can fit inside the tissue box cover by releasing the top from the base of the tissue box cover using the release buttons located on the side of the tissue box cover, please see attached photo.

Outdoor this box be mounted on the wall?A
This product does feature screw holes on the bottom of the product to be able to mount onto the wall. This item can be used outdoors; however, as our products are primarily for indoor use, any types of damages or rusting due to being exposed to outdoor conditions and environments are not covered under the limited manufacturer warranty. Installing this product outdoors is at the discretion and risk of the buyer.?
