| I bought a bathroom article but then ruined it when I turned a screw in the obvious but in fact wrong direction because there were no enclosed instructions that tell of this which resulted in the device becoming inoperable for me. I called the seller, told him about it and he promptly without me even asking sent me a replacement unit. A very nice gesture! |
