Those get inserted directly into the shower head where it threads onto the shower arm.?
What color is the face of the shower head? Is it chrome or a different color?A
The face of the head is a slightly different silverly color, please see attached photo.

Can this be mounted on an already installed standard shower arm? Is the head movable?A
Yes, this can be mounted on an already installed shower arm. You will just need to make sure the threading from the shower arm is 1/2". The head does have the ability to rotate.
