How much space (inches) between wall and lip of hook?A
There is 1 1/4" between the lip of the hook and the wall.

How do you install it? Our contractors are not able to figure it out.A
To install this hook, you first need to use the provided allen key to loosen the mounting plate that is locked into the hook. Once loosened, remove the mounting plate and mark on the wall where the hook will be installed. Use the provided two screws to install the mounting plate on to the wall. Then, simply install the hook back on to the mounting plate and secure it using the allen key. Once done, the hook is fully installed.
