| We've been working with a designer and when I received the cost for towel bars, hooks & t paper holder I decided to search for an alternative that was similar in style but at a reasonable price. Thebathoutlet had several options at half the cost. When I phoned with a question they answered the call immediately (yay!) and the associate was knowledgeable and helpful. The product arrived quickly and well packaged. I had to return a towel bar due to my error in measurement and again they were quick to respond. I did have to pay shipping costs but there was no additional re-stocking fee. My only other comment is the products did not include templates for installation which adds additional time & frustration to installing the product. when I inquired to thebathoutlet why a template was not included, they stated this is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Overall, very pleased with my purchase and would buy from thebathoutlet again. |

can this hook be used in the shower?A
All our items sold at TheBathOutlet are meant to sustain humid, moist environments. The item should not be under direct water and should be placed in a generally dry area. The limited manufacturer warranty does cover rusting or finish deterioration on their products. Can this be mounted to subway tile in the shower?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so; it will be mounted via screws. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.

This hook is installed via two mounting screws into a mounting plate.

How much weight can this hook bear?A
This hook is rated to hold about 5 to 10 lbs and is only intended to support robes or towels. If mounted into studs correctly, it will help to allow more weight, but we do not guarantee anything beyond its initial intended use.
