This item is mounted with two screws that are inserted in the wall through a mounting plate; for most secure installation, it is recommended to install into a stud. The plate then is inserted in the wall bracket, and locked in place with a set screw.?

Unfortunately, this product does not feature holes for drainage. However, the dish is removable for cleaning purposes.?
