I bought this soap dispenser after realizing that no matter how many times I would throw away my wifes soap hand dispenser that she would have sitting by the sink (usually with the price tag in full display) she would just go out and buy a new one from Target. This unit is very nice??heavy and well made and it actually works. Prior to this we have a soap dispenser by our kitchen sink that really never worked. Kind of like my pepper grinders that really dont grind pepper. This is a nice unit for sure.

How is this refilled?

The pump is screwed into a plastic bottle on the inside of the piece attached to the wall; there is a rubber ring below the top of the pump that suctions it into the part attached to the wall. The whole top piece simply needs to be pulled up to remove this interior bottle, then the pump can be unscrewed from the plastic bottle in order to be refilled.
