This mirror comes hardwired with wire located in the back of the mirror. Please see attached photo.

This mirror can be extended, moved vertically on the mounting bar, and the head will tilt.?
Can I see a picture of the mirror wiring?A
Unfortunately, we do not have a photo of this. However, the wiring comes out from the center of the back of the mirror head, and will feature a standard plug in into a wall outlet.?
