| We bought 2 of these, in one bathroom we have it mounted on the right side of the user (sitter), where it works well. But in our other bathroom it is mounted on the left side of the the user, and the tp roll has a tendency to "fly off" the bar when the paper is torn off the roll, as the left arm tugs the paper directly toward the open end of the bar. Both my wife and I find it quite frustrating... They should make a "lefty" version. |

| We have a problem with the cat unrolling and chewing toilet paper rolls. We have tried the SSS Cat trainers, which he ignored, and closing the doors only works if your kids remember to do it. This is the perfect solution. It is even large enough to be effective for a double roll. |

How to tighten when becomes lose?A
The set screw can loosen and can be tightened via an allen wrench.?
Is there a way to reverse the arm so the toilet paper doesn?t fly off the end when mounted on the left side of the toilet? If reversed, the lid curls in an upward direction. Need to know how to reverse cover if possible.A
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reverse this toilet paper holder. It can only be installed as pictured.?
Does the "arm" attach on both sides, as in the picture, or just on the one on the left as you face it?A
The toilet paper holder is only held up by the left arm; the right side is open and does not have an arm.
