We happened to find Thebathoutlet.com (TBO, for short) once we had decided to remodel the master bathroom and looked online for sourcing ideas for shower heads, sinks, faucets, and other accessories. I made many calls to customer service before we placed our order, and the advice given as to product specifications, what products/plumbing supplies complemented each other, information as to vendors, pricing, practical tips, etc. were all very useful. This informed and facilitated our selection process, and we never looked back or seriously looked elsewhere for the products we were spec'ing. The one area where product selection was lacking (in our opinion) was for vanities, where the array of selections was not to our taste.
Also, we could have done more due diligence in terms of price comparison shopping but didn't because TBO made it easy to source. But based on visits to local (high end) stores (e.g., Klaffs in CT), pricing seemed more than competitive.
Once we placed our order (rain shower head/hand held shower/unit, two sink faucets, sink, and related supplies), we received very prompt confirmations and updates, as certain key items had to be back-ordered from European suppliers. As it turns out, these will arrive before the estimated date given. The web site has a comprehensive selection of products for virtually all shower/bath/bathroom elements and sufficient information in the product descriptions to trigger specific questions for/by the contractor/plumber to determine if it all will "work". In sum, the online interface, product graphics and description, the information achieved, and order fulfillment were all seamless and excellent--and Customer Service!!--at all stages customer service was professional, helpful, prompt, friendly, and courteous--it alone is enough to make you want to return to TBO for additional projects. I was requested to furnish a review for TBO, but the assessment above is accurate in all respects.

We were delighted with how this sink looked when we unpacked it. It was larger and more substantial than what we were expecting. The Bath Outlet did an outstanding job packing the sink so it would not be damaged during shipping. The sink was wrapped in a cocoon of spray foam and plastic which made a very bullet proof packing.
The sink has a definite European styling and has good depth for a smaller square sink. Our bathroom is tight (early 50's bathroom) and this sink almost extends too far out. We opted to make our vanity shorter in depth to compensate. My wife says it has "formidable" presence and really stands out. It is a chunky piece for sure. The semi-recessed nature with the front overhang gives the illusion that the sink is coming out of the vanity although it actually sits securely on top and over the front. We've been getting a lot of positive comments about it. "Wow, fancy sink!" Other sinks of this style seem to be twice as expensive and we got a great deal from the Bath Outlet and was arrived at our doorstep in California 7 days later.
The finishes are well done and seem to be made very well. It is also finished all the way around which is nice. Some sinks leave the back unfinished.
We are extremely happy with this purchase and paired the sink with a Hansgrohe vessel sink faucet and the pairing makes for an expensive looking design without breaking the bank. Thanks Bath Outlet!! You made our purchase easy and also were quick to offer us the discounted sale price when we inquired. Cheers!!

Love the design of this sink. Perfect for our small bathroom. My only complaint is that I couldn't find much dimensional information to check how it would fit and install in our space. I finally found a semi dimensioned photo that didn't have all views scaled the same, but I couldn't find it again. I had to mount it offset from the existing drain because it doesn't stick out as far as a normal P trap. This made the hot water supply hose not reach that came with the faucet I bought (had to extend it because they weren't removable), so, keep that in mind when chosing the faucet. Maybe no faucets mounted on the side would reach that far if you aren't planning to reinstall the hot water supply to be closer to the right side of the sink. I might end up installing some kind of enclosure on the bottom like the picture shows to cover the hardware below. The sink is not very deep, so the piping underneath kind of distracts from the beautiful styling of the sink. It came very safely packed. I would defitintely buy again and from the sink company. The Bath Outlet delivered it very fast, good service.

Great experience. Only minor issue is probably my fault. The item would serve to connect to a wall on its backside, so the back is different from the front and two sides. That was a surprise, but I managed to work around it. The back is not shown on your schematic on your website, but you clearly state that is could function as a hanging sink. Also, the depth of the sink was not as deep as I thought. Again, minor issue that was probably my fault. Other than that, no problems, and the sink is very nice.

We ordered a sink on-line after finding out the sink we ordered locally was not going to arrive until second week of January after being promised it would be delivered to us in early December leaving us without an upstairs sink during the holidays! We looked on-line for a similar sink and decided to take a chance with TheBathOutlet. We were pleasantly surprised when the sink arrived promptly and was exactly what we wanted! It was so easy and efficient doing business with them. We would do it again!
