| I placed an order for all new matte black bathroom fixtures and realized after placing the order that I may have ordered an incorrect size for my towel bar. Customer service was excellent in helping me determine correct size. Then I decided to also change the quantities for every item I ordered. They were able to stop the original order from shipping , change the size of towel bar and quantities of each item ordered all in an efficient and timely manner. My items arrived in pristine condition. I will not hesitate to use Bath Outlet on future projects. |

What is the dimension of the mounting?A

Can this face either direction?A
The item is intended to be installed with the opening to the right hand side.While the item can face the other direction, there is a set screw that will be visible on the top of the wall mounting bracket if the opening is facing to the left. While if the opening faces right, the set screw will be hidden on the bottom of the bracket.
