| In August, 2019 I ordered two pairs of relatively expensive shower baskets, and in July, 2020 one of the baskets broke. I contacted customer service expecting to hear the manufacturer either doesn?t have a warranty, or that it expired, but it was quite the opposite. I was asked to send pictures, which I did, and received an immediate response that a new replacement will be shipped. The next morning I received another email confirming my replacement has shipped. What is the distance in inches from L. screw to R. screw?A
The center to center measurement on the screw holes is 6 3/4".?
Do you have to have special drill bits to install the screws?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so; it will be mounted via mounting screws. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials. It does not require special drills bits for the screws.?
