Is the depth from the wall to the inside or outside of the arm that holds the toilet roll?A
Please see the attached image illustrating these dimensions. The overall depth of this item at 3.1" is from the wall to the furthest part of the item (shown in pink). The arm that holds the toilet roll is slightly set back, and therefore the dimension from the wall to the inside of the arm is only 2.3" (in red). The arm itself is 0.25" on each side (in turquoise). From the wall to the outside of the arm itself is 2.56" (in dark blue).

I want to mount this up side down....does the set screw show in that position?A
Yes, there is a set screw for installation that is visible on the bottom of the bar. The item can be flipped, but this would make the screw visible.?
