The height of the base only (ie: not including brush/handle) is 7 3/4".The diameter of top of the base, outside edge to outside edge is 4 1/2", while the ?inner? circle / cutout is 2 7/8".
The diameter of bottom of base is 3 1/8".
There is not an interior liner in the base.
