When I received my order one item was from the wrong collection, item number was correct picture on website was correct but the wrong item was in the package. I called CS and Natalie listened and saw what I saw and promptly agreed to send a prepaid shipping label for the return. | Excellent products, shipping and customer service. I bought an item 7 months ago for a bath remodel and was just able to install 6 months later. The item, a bath hook, was defective, and I contacted customer service without much hope of a good response. But Micheal, of customer service, replied promptly with a no questions asked response providing a FedEx return label and information that a replacement was on its way. Amazing! |
