How do you refill the top?A
Because the entire bottle can be removed from the base for re-filling or cleaning purposes, the portion which the pump will thread onto, may need to be re-aligned with the seal when doing such. If you pull the plastic bottle out, then screw the top while holding the bottom, and then push it back into its silver container, this should help the soap dispenser close properly.
