Do you have replacement black rings?A
Replacement parts are available for individual purchase, if the original item has been purchased through TheBathOutlet. A replacement rubber ring would cost $5.00 for a set of (2) + any applicable shipping fees. To place an order for parts, please contact a customer service representative directly.?
Can it be mounted to ceramic tile?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials. We do not recommend mounting the product in any other way, beyond its recommended installation. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile.?
Is the bar solid; can water run through it? How much does it weigh?A
The bar is not solid, however, it comes with two chrome cover caps that will cover the two front holes shown in the stock photo, so this will restrict water being able to run through it. This product weighs 1.5 lbs.?
Does this come with the necessary hardware and installation instructions?A
Yes, it will come with all mounting materials. Please see attached photos.
