How is it attached?A
The towel bar is installed via two screws on a mounting plate on each end of the towel bar and the towel bar then attaches to the mounting plate and is locked via a set screw.?
If there isn't a stud, what do you have in the way of anchor plates to assure the grab bar will still support 330lbs?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the included mounting materials. It will be the most secure when mounted into the studs. We do not recommend mounting the product in any other way, beyond its recommended installation. ?
What is the diameter of the mounting plates?A
The mounting plates have a diameter of 1 7/8".
