This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so; it will be mounted via screws. This item does have the capability to be installed into a wood cabinet, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of installing into any other material other than into studs, and obtaining any other necessary custom install materials.?
