Unfortunately, due to how the vanity cabinet is configured you cannot used a mirrored version of the sink with this vanity, and the sink basin has to remain on the left.?
What is the purpose of the mystery hex screws on the left and right side of the vanity baseA
These are to be used to adjust the sink top when resting on the vanity, to help with spacing and keeping the unit level.?

Yes, the handles are available in a polished chrome, matte black, or matte gold finish.?
