| I did receive a defective part (shower valve) in my order. However, Trisha and the other customer service people I spoke to were extremely helpful and made every effort to get a replacement part to me as I had to complete the shower installation in the same week. A replacement part was located and shipped overnight to my location. I have nothing but good things to say about the company and will let others know they can buy from TheBathOutlet with confidence and receive excellent customer service. |

The shower head will thread into the shower arm. The shower head features a G 1/2" thread.?
