The knob is 2" long and has a diameter of 7/16". It functions by pushing the knob in to activate the diverting of the shower arm.?

Yes, the diverter knob can be unscrewed for installation.?
what is measurement between flange and diverter?A
The measurement between the flange and the diverter handle is 1". The measurement from the flange to the water connection on the bottom of the shower arm is 2 1/4".?
What is the length of the threaded portion behind the flange?A
This portion is 5/8" long.
