Can the handheld unit be angled down while stowed on the railA
Yes, the handheld holder can be angled, so it will allow the hand shower to tilt at an angle, and it also have the capability to slide in height up and down the sliderail.

Yes, this shower set does comes with the rough in valve and trim for the diverter, please see attached photo.

Unfortunately, we only carry this unit in the polished chrome finish.?

Unfortunately, only one outlet can run at a time and it cannot function simultaneously.
