can the rainfall shower head tilt?A
Yes, the shower head does pivot as it features a ball joint.

Does the valve come with a stop feature? My building will only allow shower systems with that to be installedA
This diverter valve does not feature a stop valve. Regrettably, none of the Remer diverters we have are stop valves.
