| We recently purchased all of our bathrooms fixtures from the website. After our contractor installed all of them, we started using the new bathroom.. Our matte black hose started losing its black finish. I emailed customer service the issue, along with a picture , they emailed back the next morning.(very surprised ). That same day they sent me a confirmation a new part was being sent out and 4 days later it was in my hand .. I was very skeptical to spend the money I did on fixtures (online) but I was completely surprised they reacted this quick. I will purchase again for sure !!!. |

Can I get this in 4" - 5" length. 12" is too long for my ceiling?A
Unfortunately, we only carry this shower arm in the 12" length.?
Can I get this longer or is there a coupling so I could connect 2 of them?A
Unfortunately, the 12" is the longest we carry this in. Any coupling or attempts to use two of these together would be a custom install and would need to be discussed directly with your installer, as altered items would void manufacturer warranty and not be eligible for return.
