Overall high quality with a few minor issues

Very well made and performs flawlessly with a strong return spring on the pump. The bottom wasn't completely flat (slight bump in the middle), which encouraged it to rotate/spin easily. Some very fine sandpaper on a piece of glass flattened it, and now it sits solidly on the counter. The manufacturer should protect the product better against scrapes/rub marks during shipping, using a thin foam sheet or shrink wrap, perhaps.

Excellent productservice that are very classy. Not made in China! No dripping of soap on my granite countertops in the bathroom. I love these products. I would buy more if I had more bathrooms.
