Very well made and performs flawlessly with a strong return spring on the pump. The bottom wasn't completely flat (slight bump in the middle), which encouraged it to rotate/spin easily. Some very fine sandpaper on a piece of glass flattened it, and now it sits solidly on the counter. The manufacturer should protect the product better against scrapes/rub marks during shipping, using a thin foam sheet or shrink wrap, perhaps.
