Replacement parts are available for individual purchase, if the original item has been purchased through TheBathOutlet. A replacement pump would cost $10.00 per + any applicable shipping fees.

How do you put the soap in the dispenser?A
The pump will separate from the base by lifting it; the pump is then re-enclosed by a suction once the soap has been refilled. Please see attached photo of product.
