I was delighted with the service, the delivery and the product I ordered. There was a manufacturer's flaw with one item but after talking to customer service and sending them a photo of the fault, the issue was quickly resolved with a replacement. They have a wide range of products and I will certainly revisit this site when I am in need of anything for the bathroom.

I was looking for a toilet brush holder that had no metal on it. It doesn't take long for metal to get nasty looking in my climate. The design on this one is very smart and the color brilliant (blue). For the extra cost you get a classy item for your bathroom, that will not rust. I am very pleased with these toilet brushes (I bought two).

Replacement parts are available for purchase if the product was purchased originally with TheBathOutlet.

The brush heads are replaceable and detach from the handle. Replacement brush heads are $5.00 NET per + any applicable shipping fees. While the handle itself is $15.00 NET + any applicable shipping fees.
