All of the hardware was purchased from The Bath Outlet. Unfortunately when the spout arrived, it did not fit the existing plumbing "buried" in the plaster wall, and the spout had to be returned. Customer service with The Bath Outlet was completely understanding; the return went smoothly and the refund was received within a week of the return. As an aside, all of the other hardware met expectations, extremely functional as well as decorative, and we are looking forward to having the shower fully operational by the weekend.
