It appears that there is only one actual working drawer - correct? And, are the pulls/handles on the drawers brushed nickel or chrome?A
Both of the drawers for the vanity work. The top drawer will have a cut out necessary for the plumbing accessories. Please see attached photo with both vanity drawers pulled out. The handles on the vanity will be polished chrome; they are not available in any other finishes.?
Is the sink available with 3 holes instead of 1?A

What exactly is engineered wood?A
Engineered wood can go by a variety of names such as composite, man-made, particle, or manufactured wood. It is a derivative of wood products manufactured in different techniques by binding particles, fibers, or veneers by adhesives to form this type of wood. Our vanities will be made out of an E1 class ecological engineered wood with a water resistant veneer paneling.

What is the dimension from the floor of the top drawer to the bottom of the crossbar. I'm trying understand the available space of the top drawer.A
There is 4" of space from the base of the top drawer, to the bottom of the vanity crossbar.
