Does this hook fit flush against the wall and how can I see a pic of back of hook for install? I want to replace the Ginger " surface" with this hook. Surface did not mount flush against the wall.A
The back plate will sit flush against the wall, but the back plate projects about 1/8".?
What is the measurement of small square that protrudes outwards?A

Can this hook be fixed to the back of a wooden door? or is it only for wall mounting?A
This item is recommended to be installed via the included hardware into studs. Installing into a door would be against intended install and would void manufacturer warranty; this would be considered a custom installation at the ability, risk and liability of the installer, and may require custom hardware.?
Can these hooks be mounted and used inside a shower (i.e. as washcloth holders)? Will they rust over time?A

How is this installed? We want a easy installation but sturdy compared to other products and installationA
Please see the installation guide below. For the sturdiest application, we recommend using a stud in your wall. - Using the included allen wrench, remove the screw on the underside of the hook.
- Once the screw is removed, the mounting bracket and bracket cover will come free from the hook.
- Using the included screws, mount the bracket to the wall.
- If you are mounting directly to a stud, you do not need to use the included drywall anchors.
- If you are not mounting a stud, then drill a small hole into the drywall and gently hammer the anchor into it. Then screw the bracket into the anchor.
- Place the bracket cover over the bracket.
- Place the hook on the mounting bracket. Replace the screw on the underside of the hook.
