Yes, this Condal collection sink is available in a 31.5" version, Tecla CO01011.?

The center of the faucet hole to the right edge is 11.75". Please see visual representation.

The three hole configuration will be a standard 8" spread, which means each outside hole will be 4" from the center.?

Unfortunately, this sink is not available in a left side option. However, we do carry theScarabeo 3008, which has the sink on the left hand side and the counter space on the right.
