How much space is there underneath the side lips of the sink to allow the vanity frame to fit under?A
This sink can be dropped into a vanity cabinet. The underside of the sink has 22" x 17.5" of sink that needs to fit into the vanity before hitting the under side lip of the sink. Any cut outs should not be made until the specific sink is on hand for measuring.

Does it come with the p-trap?A
This listing is for the sink only. All plumbing accessories are to be purchased separately.?
Does this sink come with a mounting kit?A
This sink comes with all necessary mounting materials. The mounting hardware included with the sink is two 8 mm bolts with corresponding nuts, washers and plastic sleeves. Brackets, or alternative hardware can be purchased at a local hardware store for additional support if you would prefer, however, the installation materials included with this sink will be able to support it with no issues. Please see the "wall mounted installation guide" under the Info and Guides section.
