Shipping & Delivery
In stock products typically deliver within 1-5 business days, depending on the location to which the order is shipped. We have provided an order tracking page and an order history page to allow you to follow a product's delivery, along with the tracking information. Products within the same order may be delivered on different dates; you will be promptly notified of any backordered items. Please keep a close eye on your item's tracking until the package has been successfully delivered.

Exclusions: For orders to be shipped outside the contiguous U.S., such as Hawaii and Alaska, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges. If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, the standard ground shipping fee will be viewable on the last page of the order process.
On occasion, shipping quotes may not be readily available during checkout due to the location or size of the shipment. In this instance, a $50.00 shipping hold fee will apply at the time of checkout. Once we have received a quote directly from the shipping company, a customer service representative will be in touch directly regarding the remaining shipping charges due. At this point, the payment for the remaining shipping fees will be collected or the order will be canceled.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any US territories, such as, and not limited to: Puerto Rico, USVI, etc.
Fees:
- Shipping and processing fees will cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order.
- Orders under $200.00 will have a flat-rate shipping charge of $15.99.
- Orders over $200.00 will have a 8% shipping charge based on the order subtotal.
- The associated shipping fees for your order will be shown under Shipping on the final Checkout page.
- Shipping is non-refundable.

Expedited Shipping
If your order qualifies for expedited shipping, you will be able to select a faster delivery time for your order on the last page of the order process. All expedited orders ship via FedEx and we offer three forms of expedited shipping: 1 business day shipping, 2 business day shipping, and 3 business day shipping. Rates and arrival dates will display with the available options for upgrade. Rates for expedited shipping will depend on the total weight of the products you purchase and the zip code to which your order is being shipped.
Orders placed before 12:00pm Eastern Time will most likely ship that day; we will notify you immediately if they are any delays or issues getting the order out as selected at checkout. Please note: orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time will ship the next business day.
Unfortunately, orders shipping via LTL carrier are not able to be expedited due to their size and weight.

FedEx vs LTL Carrier
TheBathOutlet offers a wide variety of items of all shapes and sizes. As such, some items may be too large to ship with a carrier such as FedEx. Depending on the size of your items, your order may ship via FedEx or its LTL carrier. Here's more information about the different types of delivery companies:
For the majority of orders, especially for shipments of standard size and weight, FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground are our main method of shipping. If your order can ship with FedEx, then this will always be the first option for us to deliver your product(s) to you.
Items that are larger in size or heavier in weight (specifically marked as such on our website) may have to be shipped with an LTL carrier. LTL freight carriers operate differently than ground shipments, and we want to make sure our customers are aware of the differences.
A delivery checklist is provided for you to get a better idea of what to expect when receiving delivery from an LTL carrier. Extra delivery services are available upon request at customer cost and can be purchased through the shipping company, or a customer experience specialist at an extra fee. Unfortunately, orders shipping LTL cannot be expedited and can only be shipped via standard shipping.
PRIOR to accepting and signing off on delivery, it is imperative to inspect all package(s) for any and all damages and/or missing items. Once you sign and the delivery is accepted, you are acknowledging the order has been received in good condition. *If the driver does not allow you to inspect all package(s) prior to signing, please notate "Subject to Inspection - Inspection Denied" when signing the delivery slip.
Any cases of missing or damaged items discovered after delivery, please contact customer service immediately, no later than 3 days after delivery, for further investigation.
Curbside Self-Service Truck:
This self-service delivery will cover the basics. Once your order is in the vicinity of your area, a delivery representative will contact you to set up a date and 4 hr window to deliver the order. The delivery truck will arrive to the curb outside of your residence during your scheduled window.
Lift Gate Service Upgrade:
For an additional $55.00, though complimentary for Bathroom Vanities, an experienced delivery member will unload the order by lowering it from truck to the curb outside your home.

TheBathOutlet works very hard to provide you with accurate inventory information for all of our products, as we update our product inventory information continuously. If the product is out of stock, we also provide an approximate shipping/delivery time frame (such as "Usually ships in 2 weeks"). Please note, however, that TheBathOutlet relies on stock information from our distributors and therefore we cannot be 100% certain that the information is always accurate. Nevertheless, we pledge to do our best in providing you with up-to-date inventory information, both before and after you make an order.
