I had ordered by phone and felt that the customer service rep was through and assured me that if for any reason I was not happy that the return is simple However, it would be nice that a return label would be included if for any reason a return is necessary The overall product selection is amazing and I would definitely look at this website before going to any other resource for my bathroom fixtures. |

| This hook are better than I expected. I like clean simple lines but was worried the towel would slip off easily. This hook holds one or two towels very well, with no slippage and looks great in my bathroom. These are well made and installation was easy. |
