Received it fast, was not damaged. Very clean and modern looking but if you grab the toilet paper too fast it will roll off. Overall very happy with it.

Do you have details of how this holder mounts?A
This item can be installed with the provided screws, or with the provided adhesive. Please see attached installation instructions.

Is there any reason this cannot be used as a LEFT HANDED holder? In other words, can it be flipped?A
This item is intended to be installed as pictured. There is a set screw for installation that is visible on the bottom of the bar. When the item is flipped, this would make the screw visible at the top, rather than the bottom.?
What is the distance between the screws?A
On the back of each mounting plate, the mounting screws are 7/8" apart horizontal center to center, and 1 5/8" apart vertical center to center. Please see attached photo of the mounting plate in this collection and the dimensions in question.

Can this be installed on side of a vanity?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do such. We do not recommend mounting the product in any other way, beyond its recommended installation. It is recommended to speak about a custom install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of installing this product in a different manner, as well as obtaining custom hardware.?
What size toilet paper can fit on it? My toilet paper is 4 1/2 inches wide and needs at least 2 inches from the wall to the beginning of the bar that holds it. Will this work?A
