These bars have a full range of movement and would can swivel as far back as the mounting bracket or wall once installed.?

The length of each towel bar only will be 13.4" long.?
I have used toggle bolts to try to anchor it to the wall so it does not tilt downward and hangs straight and it still hangs on an angle when I put only a hand towel A
These are mounted via a mounting plate that is installed with two screws into proper wood backing and locked into place. Once secured, the mounting will be sturdy. Installing into anything other than proper wood backing is a custom install.?

The towel bar is 0.25" diameter and has 13" of towel hanging space.
