| Ordered 7 items - one was discontinued and not available. The others arrived very quickly. One of the items, a leather tissue dispenser, was damaged (I couldn't tell if it happened in transit). I called customer service and Trish handled it perfectly. Without question, another was on the way and I was provided specific instructions to deal with the damaged item. Trish also followed up after this call with further details on how to deal with FedEx for the damaged goods. Excellent handling of this situation. |
