How does this install?A
This item will come with the necessary mounting materials and is intended to be installed into studs or wood blocking. Please see how it will install attached

Can this be mounted vertically instead of horizontally?A
This is meant to be installed horizontally with the opening facing the right. If mounted vertically, or in the opposite direction, the set screw would be visible.?
Can this item be turned over so the open end is on the left side?A
This item is recommended to be installed as pictured by the manufacturer; as installation in any other manner will void manufacturer warranty. The item has the ability to be installed flipped, however, the product does contain a set screw to lock it in place once installed. As such, if installed this way, the set screw be visible on the top side of the toilet paper holder, rather than the underside.?
I am going to use this for a hand towel bar. Can it be turned over so the open end is on the left side?A

This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.
