Do you have the mounting instructions for this product?A
- Using the included allen wrench, remove the screws on the underside of the hook. There is one screw. Once the screw is removed, the mounting bracket and bracket cover will come free from the toilet paper holder. - Using the included screws, mount the bracket to the wall.
- If you are mounting directly to a stud, you do not need to use the included drywall anchors.
- If you are not mounting a stud, then drill a small hole into the drywall and gently hammer the anchor into it. Then screw the bracket into the anchor.
- Place the bracket cover over the bracket.
- Place the hook on the mounting bracket.
- Replace the screw on the underside of the toilet paper holder.

Can this handle the thickest rolls?A
The overall depth of this toilet paper holder is 3.5", however, the interior depth of the toilet paper holder is 2.75". We would recommend checking the sizing on the rolls you would like to use to make sure they would be able to work with the toilet paper holder prior to installation, as installed items cannot be returned.?
I understand you wouldn't want to mount this pointing up but what about completely flipping it so that it points the opposite direction? Same set screw issue?A
Yes, if the item mounted reversed, this is possible, however, the set screw would be showing on the top of the toilet paper holder.?
can I install this with the rod pointy left instead of what is shown in the picture?A
This item is recommended to be installed as pictured by the manufacturer; as installation in any other manner will void manufacturer warranty. The item has the ability to be installed flipped, however, the product does contain a set screw to lock it in place once installed. As such, if installed this way, the set screw be visible on the top side of the toilet paper holder, rather than the underside.?
Can it be installed onto a tiled wall?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.
