Is this a solid rod or the type that rolls and makes noise when you take the towel off?A
This is a solid rod; it will remain stable during the addition and removal of towels.?
Can the length be reduced by sawing off one end of the bar?A
Yes, you can use a standard pipe cutter to reduce the width of the bar and this would be at the risk and ability of the installer. However, please keep in mind, once an item has been altered or installed, it would no longer be eligible for return and would void the limited manufacturer warranty.?
Can this be used safely in a wet location?A
