| As is common nowadays, the supply system for nearly all products is unreliable. Unfortunately, TheBathOutlet didn't receive my towel rack from China as promised. I made several calls, and Mike could not have been more polite and apologetic. When they eventually received it, Mike called me to say it was being shipped that day. What are the size of the mounting squares on the wall?A
The mounting plates are 2" x 2".?
How wide is the actual bar that you put the towel on?A
The towel hanging space (red) is just under 21 3/4" for both bars.

Can this be installed into marble tiles that already are installed around tub?A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so; it will be mounted via screws. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.
