The hook is fully finished in polished chrome.?
Hello, can this product be mounted on a metal door, as long as the door is drillable? I'm assuming there's a plate that mounts first and that the hook is then attached to the plate, but is that correct? Thanks.A
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so; it will be mounted via screws. It is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks and obtaining any other necessary install materials. Yes, the hook is mounted to a plate that is mounted onto the space first.

Installing into a door would be against intended install and would void manufacturer warranty; this would be considered a custom installation at the ability, risk and liability of the installer, and may require custom hardware.?
