| The trap has a good appearance and as able to be installed with a tight clearance from the adjacent wall. It was also able to be readily adjusted to fit. One difficulty I experienced was that I was not readily able to be connected to the standard 1 1/4 inch standard drain pipe from the sink. Instead I had to install a 1 1/4 threaded fitting to allow it to work. Would have been nice if a fitting for the connection was included. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars instead of 4. |

I can't connected this to a standard 1 1/4 inch standard drain pipe from the sink. Can you let me know where I can find the fitting to make this work??
What is the purpose and correct position of the inner sleeve part?A
The purpose is to trap any gases from coming through the trap. The correct position of the inner sleeve is inside the bottle properly with the flanged laying on the proper edge.
