Product Q/A's
5 questions
?
Can the shower head and hand held output water at the same time?A
Unfortunately, only one outlet can run at a time and cannot run simultaneously.
?
Do you sell any replacement parts for the diverter? IA
A replacement cartridge for this unit is available under SKU R50, if needed.
?
Is this diverter anti-scold?A
This item has a pressure balance system, however, does not have an anti-scald system. If you are looking for a diverter with anti-scald, we highly recommend our thermostatic diverters.?
Can this be used as shower and hand shower? Or is its main intention bath and shower.A
This two way diverter is intended for water to leave from two exits of a shower system. For example: It could be from a hand shower and overhead shower, or it could be for a tub spout and a hand shower, etc. However, this diverter will only allow water to exit from two options.
